Are you having trouble finding a stable tenant for your business premises? Convert it into a service hub with workspaces, parcel boxes and other services to create value for members and revenue for the association. Or use empty spaces in stairwells or basements and convert them into workplaces. The Coya’s can be both private or public depending on your needs.
Advantages
The main advantage of Coya is, of course, that we can meet the demand for the workplaces of the future with good ergonomics and safety. But for a BRF, it means opportunities for stable income that you didn’t have before while meeting a need that many members have – i.e. a quiet and peaceful workplace!
Business setup
The business case is different depending on whether you want the Coyas to be public or private. The public approach means that the Coyas can be booked by all Coya members. The private arrangement means that only your members can book the Coyas.
Publika kojor
With this model, Coya is responsible for all costs and all you as a BRF need to do is provide an area, electricity and internet connection. You will then be paid between 5-10% of the revenue generated by the Coya!
Revenue potential: up to 14.000 SEK/sqm/year*
Privata kojor
In this arrangement, you pay a rental fee for the Coyas (different depending on the size). Only your members can use them and you can distribute hours to each member through a simple web interface. Of course, hours in all our other public Coyas are also included for members.
* Calculated on an area of 20 sqm with office opening hours and 15 Coyas. With maximum occupancy rate and average hourly revenue.
